Our experience in dealing with the harsh environments of the mountains and the number of different visitors to a vacation home has taught us to use redundant communication devices, battery backups and simple operational systems. We can provide out clients with keyless entry and push button on and off devices. In remote ranches and estates we provide instant notification to residents of approaching vehicles and advanced perimeter/panic alarms.
We have found that while safety from criminals is important the most common problem and largest amount of property damage is cause by water. Water flow and low temperature notification systems are critical in any building. Our water flow systems determine the average flow of water through a house, a significant deviation from that average notifies our monitoring center, our 24 hour alarm responder and the homeowner.

In addition to monitoring we maintain a staff of alarm responders on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year to physically respond to check on your property in case of alarm activation.
