Each assignment begins with a meeting between the client's representatives and one of the directors of Masters Company. The needs of the client are determined and a proposal is presented to fulfill the duties involved.

STATIC SECURITY
Masters Company is often assigned to protect a client once he or she is in a secure environment. This could be a residence, an office or even a restaurant. After the location is cleared and the client is determined secure, the agents assume many different roles. Agents have a clear understanding of the property including access points, boundaries, floor plans and safe zones. All individuals on the premises are accounted for and any visitors are properly screened and announced. Diligent logs are kept of all activity, and patrols of the perimeter are done randomly. All deliveries are screened and payments are arranged for services rendered. The agents also have emergency contact information along with pertinent medical histories.
DYNAMIC
Every agent has a comprehensive understanding of his client's needs. Whether it is to be anonymous at a business luncheon or have everyone he comes in contact with be briefed on specific protocols, it is the agent's responsibility to fulfill those duties. Advance research and arrangements are completed in a manner that assures efficiency and smoothness when the client arrives at a destination. Methods of travel, escape routes and safe zones are all established. Local databases are used should the client need to go to a hospital, dentist or the local newsroom. Each agent also has contact information for local law enforcement should they be needed.

SECURITY ASSESSMENTS
